The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center was more than just another project for Gage Brothers. Company president Tom Kelley co-chaired a committee with five other Sioux Falls area business leaders to lead a public campaign to secure a public “YES” vote to build the new $115 million event center. On November 8th, 2011, with a record turnout of 40,000, the citizens of Sioux Falls voted to build the facility. The vote passed with 23,284 yes votes and 16,807 no votes.

Gage Brothers secured the bid for four architectural wind shear stair towers, a 12,000-seat bowl, and the polished grand staircase.

Completed in 2014, the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center is one of the largest multipurpose venues from Minneapolis to Denver and the home of the Sioux Falls Stampede (USHL) and the Sioux Falls Storm (IFL) along with being host to numerous other sporting events, concerts, and conventions.
